INITIATION
AtLevel Technology projects start with an internal handover process from the Sales Department to the Projects Department. The initiation process group determines the nature, key control indicators, and scope of the project. In this stage, AtLevel Technology develops the project charter document, which consists of the following critical information, to initiate authority to the project team.

PLANNING
Salam Technology establish an appropriate level of detail at this stage of the project cycle. The main purpose is to critically plan time, cost and resources adequately to estimate the work needed and to manage risks effectively during project execution and to ensure that prompt solutions are implemented whenever deviations, delays, bottlenecks are detected.

This information forms the project contract, used to gain formal approval to begin work.
EXECUTING
The Execution Process ensures that planned project activities are carried out effectively and efficiently while ensuring that measurements against project plans, specifications, and the original project feasibility concept continue to be collected, analyzed, and acted on throughout the project lifecycle.
MONITORING & CONTROLLING
The controlling process concerns monitoring the project to identify potential problems, such that they are mitigated promptly before they impact the project. This control and monitoring is continuous for the life of the project.
CLOSING
At this point, AtLevel Technology evaluates the project's performance using the project closure report. It communicates the project's performance against its original business case, quality measures, cost, duration, and tolerances.
